Shipments and returns


Shipping Policy:
In selecting items on our site there are the following shipping options:
Courier to the house - 3-6 business days (excluding the day the order is placed) - 25 NIS
* In exceptional localities, the distribution takes place once a week: across the Green Line, Eilat, and the like
Self-collection - free of charge and by prior arrangement only
Free deliveries on purchases over 800 NIS
It is important to note that in the corona condition and on holidays there may be delays beyond the specified days.
*** There is no warranty for packages that are lost if the wrong address or phone number is entered in the order.

Please note that the delivery time in the various shipping options is from the moment the package is shipped and does not reflect the item production time.
If the item is not in stock, production time is up to 21 business days.

Gift Wrap
If you are ordering a gift and would like us to add a greeting card, please indicate this at the checkout
Write a greeting in a few words and we will make sure to attach and pack the gift.

Returns and exchanges policy


Replacements
If you are not satisfied with the purchase, it is possible to exchange the item within 14 business days of receiving the package and receive a credit for the purchase in the store only (shipping fees will not be refunded).
This does not apply to custom designed items, items with names, letters, engraved items and items in pure gold, they are not interchangeable.
Also, exchanges and returns on promotional sales will not be allowed
The method of exchange is by choosing an alternative item in the studio or you can order our exchange service at a cost of 50 NIS and our couriers will come and collect and bring you the alternative item.
Replacement transportation costs (round trip is the customer's responsibility)


Refunds
A refund will be given up to 48 hours upon receipt and a 5% deduction.
All you have to do is send us the package back within 48 hours of receiving it (and send us on WhatsApp the tracking number of the package)
Once we get the package back we can credit you up to 10 business days.

We are sure that you will be satisfied with the details you purchased on our site
If a product arrived defective, we will take care of repairing it within 21 business days from the date of purchase at no extra charge.
