Production time for items made of 14ct gold is 21 business days, before they are shipped.
Other items will be shipped between 3-10 business days.

Repairs
Follow the instructions for keeping PARSA jewelry so that they are kept shiny and colorful.
There is a warranty on the plating for one year from the purchase of the jewelry, after a year the cost of the plating is 70 NIS per item.
There is a warranty for a tear that does not require soldering.
A tear / fracture that requires soldering can be repaired at a cost of 30 NIS.
There is no responsibility for the loss of the jewelry and / or part of it.
It is the customer's responsibility to take care of transporting the repair to the studio and back - or to use the studio's courier service at a cost of NIS 30 per side.
* Jewelry that is not collected from the studio until a period of six months - will not be kept.

How to maintain PARSA jewelry?
It is advisable that the jewelry should not be in contact with chlorine, perfume, and other materials that damage the coating.
The jewelry should be kept in the air and not in an airtight box for a long time as this destroys the coating
Silver jewelry can darken over time and can be easily cleaned with silverware cleaners.
